We're proud to announce that Only is a certified B Corp, marking our commitment to the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.
We've always been a team who believe in the importance of people over profit. Over the past year, we've been striving to refine, improve on and establish practices that reinforce that belief.
B Corp certification is a rigorous process that assesses a company against high social and environmental standards set out by B Lab's independent governing body. The assessment looks at a company's impact on its people, community, customers and environment, benchmarking it against good practice.
As part of our journey towards B Corp certification, we've introduced new ways of working that have helped our team and its individuals become more open, accountable and supportive. From implementing 360-degree feedback processes and refining employee welfare policies to tracking project and business efficacy and formalising objectives, we've taken key steps towards becoming a better business and shaping our team for the future.
But this is just the start. Over the coming months and years, we're looking to improve on and embed practices that transform our company from the inside out and ensure we do better – for our people, our clients and our world.
